30 DAYS. Mizuna is a Japanese mustard with more pronounced ribbing and regular serration. The stalks are slender and white with narrow leaves deeply cut and fringed at the edges. The tender, mild, slightly peppery young leaves of Mizuna Mustard are perfect for mesclun salad mixes. To me these look very similar to miniature dandelion greens. Most of my Mesclun mixes contain a portion of Mizuna Mustard.
