50 Days. Upland cress, also known as winter cress, is similar to watercress but is easier to grow. The herb usually starts slow, but once established grows well. Grows to about 4-6” tall and has dark-green round leaves. Can be harvested at micro-size or allowed to grow to full maturity. Possessing a peppery flavor, the leaves can be cooked or used when raw. Leaves are often used as a garnish.”
